Petal Arts Council's Festival of Trees invites everyone to bring in the festive spirit at Hinton Park this December. Organizations, businesses, and community members are encouraged to decorate a tree in the park and make it shine throughout the month. This is a great opportunity to display creativity and be a part of a cherished holiday tradition.

5 Registration Options:

$50 DIY :

You provide your tree, decorations, and do your magic!

$75 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION Tree Rental: Choice of FRESH or Artificial!

A tree will be fluffed and placed in your designated spot by the Petal Arts Council. You provide your decorations and decorate your tree. Lights are not included.

$150 Tree Rental: Choice of FRESH or Artificial!

A tree will be fluffed and placed in your designated spot by the Petal Arts Council- ready for you to decorate! Lights are not included.

$250 Santa’s Little Helpers:

The Petal Arts Council will set up a tree, you provide the decorations, and the council decorates and cleans-up for you!

We must receive your decorations by December 1st.

$400 The “I Don’t Have Time, But I Want To Be Magical” Option: LIMITED AVAILABILITY!

The Petal Arts Council will set up a tree, provide the decorations, and do all the designing and decorating! This means we clean-up, too!!

Your tree will be displayed on the Premier Tinsel Trail!

Key Points :

• Trees are displayed December 5th-January 1st in Hinton Park.

• Trees must be up and ready to go by December 5th and removed from the park after January 1st. The schedule for setup times/dates and cleanup times/dates is still being determined - we will provide participants with a Setup/Cleanup Calendar by the end of September.

• Trees should be at least 8 ft. tall

• Trees can be live, artificial, or made from creative materials (must be safe for strong winds)

• Provide your own OUTDOOR extension cords, OUTDOOR light strands. LABEL THEM.

• Ornaments need to be weather-ready (shatterproof, securely fastened). No glass.

• The Petal Arts Council will provide you with a sign (printed with your name/business name) to display in front of your tree.

• We provide tree anchoring for all tree options.
