- ➤ The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks said the system for buying hunting and fishing licenses is having problems during a change in vendors—auto-renewal is off and some users face glitches—and they urged hunters and fishers to buy their licenses soon. Hattiesburg American
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Gov. Tate Reeves unveiled Mississippi’s $500 million plan to boost rural health care over five years starting in 2026 using federal funds — the plan will expand the medical workforce, telehealth and advanced health technology.
