  • A bicyclist riding an electric bike died near Timothy Lane and Broadway Drive after being struck by an unidentified vehicle at 9:15 p.m. on June 24—police said no charges have been filed as the investigation continues.  WJTV

  • A shooting on Walker Road in south Forrest County killed one person and injured another on June 25 — deputies said the victim died at the scene and the injured person was taken to a local hospital, with investigators yet to release suspect details.  WJTV
