A judge granted a change-of-venue motion for Sheldon Timothy Herrington—accused of killing University of Mississippi student Jimmie Jay Lee—after he argued that heavy news coverage would prevent a fair trial; his retrial is scheduled for October 13 while a new venue remains to be determined.
