- ➤ Flower Growers of Mississippi, a teaching farm in Bolton, has lost more than $50,000 as stray cows trampled the flower beds + local officials and neighbors are working together to keep the cattle off the property. WLBT
- ➤ A vacant downtown building is set to be repurposed into Hattiesburg’s new welcome center that will house Visit Hattiesburg & the Downtown Hattiesburg Association and serve as the starting point for the HBURG Public Art Trail, with work starting later this summer and opening expected by the end of 2027.
