- ➤ Two graduates of USM's RISE program walked across the stage yesterday as they joined USM's class of 2026. Robert Carley said his experience with RISE helped him overcome challenges, and Program Executive Coordinator Danielle Mullins announced plans to expand the program for more college opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities.
