- ➤ The Ford Foundation held its inaugural Rabbit Run 5k/1-Mile Run in Hattiesburg to support single parents and children in single-parent households. The event—supported by Pearl River Community College—raised funds that will pay for one semester of tuition for two students and drew about 130 participants. WDAM
- ➤ The 77th Hattiesburg Lion’s Club Community Easter Egg Hunt took place Saturday at Bay Springs School for the first time, renewing an eight-decade tradition just outside Hattiesburg.
