  • Operating changes and technical issues at the state-run ABC warehouse have delayed shipments for local liquor stores and restaurants, leaving shelves empty + causing concerns.   • USM professor Andrew Wiest + a longtime author and leader in British Studies received the Samuel Eliot Morison Prize for Lifetime Achievement from the Society for Military History and will be formally awarded the prize at a March conference in Arlington.  WDAM
